Returns & Exchanges

Every Palma Aura piece is printed on demand just for you, so we can't accept returns if you simply change your mind.

Wrong size

If your item doesn't fit, email us at palmaaura.store@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, and we'll exchange it for another size. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. The customer pays the cost of sending the item back; we'll ship the new size to you free of charge.

Wrong, damaged or defective items

If you receive the wrong item, or it arrives damaged or defective, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund at no cost to you, and you won't need to send the item back.
